Course Policies - What You Need To Know

Your safety comes first.

• Follow all instructor directions at all times.
• Unsafe behavior may result in removal from class.
• Motorcycle riding involves risk — you are responsible for your actions.

You must bring ALL of the following:

✔ Valid government-issued ID
✔ Signed waiver (notarized if under 18)
✔ Pen and paper
✔ Water (only beverage allowed in the classroom)
✔ Proper riding gear:– DOT-approved helmet
– Eye protection
– Long denim pants or Approved motorcycle grade pants
– Gloves
– Long sleeve, Hoodie, Jacket, or etc
– Over-the-ankle boots

❗ Arriving without these items means you will not be allowed to participate and will forfeit your tuition.

We expect a respectful learning environment.

• No disruptive behavior
• No drugs or alcohol
• No abusive language
• Follow all staff instructions

Failure to comply may result in dismissal without refund.

Refund Policy

• All courses are non-refundable once the class begins.
• Tuition will be forfeited if you:
  – Do not show up
  – Arrive late
  – Arrive unprepared

• If you contact us at least two business days before your class start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 15% of the tuition cost.

Reschedule Policy
• You may reschedule without penalty if you contact us at least
2 business days before your class start date.
• You must speak directly with the office to confirm.

Per the TWST policy, a student who:

• Does not arrive to the scheduled class
• Arrives late to any session
• Arrives without required documents (valid government-issued ID)
• Arrives without proper riding gear

will forfeit their tuition.
